Digital File Checklist
• Run spellcheck.
• Proofread your copy. Tastes of Italia is not responsible for typographical errors.
• Print and attach a color hard copy of your ad. If the hard copy does not match the file, please make note on the hard copy.
• Check and gather all support graphics. Digital scanned images must be CMYK or grayscale, 300 dpi. Eps images created in Illustrator or Freehand must be CMYK eps with all pantone or spot colors converted to process and all fonts converted to outlines or paths. All support graphics must be gathered and placed in a separate folder.
• Check and gather all fonts. All screen and printer fonts must be gathered and placed in a separate folder.
• Transfer all files to transport media and print out a directory of the disk.
• Make sure all colors created are named and not labeled the default “New Color”.
• Complete the Digital File Information Form.
